About the Role:

• Delivering a comprehensive and engaging English curriculum to KS3, KS4, and KS5 students.


• Developing innovative lesson plans that spark curiosity and empower students to excel.


• Providing constructive feedback and fostering a love for learning in students.


• Collaborating with colleagues to continuously improve the effectiveness of the English department.


• Demonstrating a commitment to professional development and staying abreast of evolving teaching methodologies.

What We Are Looking For:

• A degree in English (or a closely related field).


• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).


• A demonstrable track record of success in teaching English at a secondary school level (KS3, KS4, and KS5).


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• A passion for inspiring and nurturing a love for the English language in students.
