We are partnering with a welcoming secondary school in Sale, Trafford, seeking an enthusiastic QTS-qualified English Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis from September.

The Role

* Plan, mark and deliver engaging English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.

* Create inspiring lessons that develop students' reading, writing, speaking and analytical skills.

* Assess, monitor and track student progress, using data to inform planning and raise attainment.

* Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all learners, including SEND and EAL students.

* Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement within the classroom.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the wider English department and school community.

The Ideal Candidate

* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

* Has experience teaching English within a UK secondary school.

* Confident teaching English Language and Literature across KS3 and KS4.

* Demonstrates excellent classroom and behaviour management.

* Has a passion for inspiring students and helping them achieve their full potential.

* Possesses a strong understanding of safeguarding and the National Curriculum.
