A well-established and inclusive 11–18 secondary school in Worcester is seeking a passionate and reflective Teacher of English to join its successful and collaborative English department from January 2026.

About the Role

This full-time, permanent position involves teaching English across Key Stages 3–5, with opportunities to contribute to GCSE and A-Level Literature and Language. The department blends academic challenge with creativity, aiming to inspire a genuine love of reading, writing and critical thinking.

Teachers share resources and planning through a well-organised digital platform, making collaboration smooth and consistent. The curriculum has recently been updated to include a diverse range of texts, from Shakespeare and Dickens to contemporary voices and world literature.
