A thriving secondary school in Swindon is seeking a dedicated and passionate English Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed educator to inspire students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

• Deliver engaging and effective English lessons in line with the National Curriculum

• Support and challenge students to achieve their academic potential

• Monitor and assess pupil progress regularly

• Create an inclusive, supportive, and positive learning environment

• Contribute to departmental planning, meetings, and wider school initiatives

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Proven experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4

• Strong classroom management and communication skills

• A genuine passion for English Language and Literature

• DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one

This role would suit an experienced English Teacher or a strong ECT looking to begin their teaching career in a supportive and dynamic environment.
