Job Description

We are currently recruiting for one of the UK’s Leading FMCG companies, for the role of an Enhanced Service Manager. It’s an exciting new opportunity to work for a recognised leading company specialising in Retail and Digital E-commerce, they offer an outstanding experience for users by making their services/products easily accessible online, anywhere, anytime and on any device!

Main Responsibilities as an Enhanced Service Manager

  • Collaborate with Deployment Delivery team to plan deployment and address issues.
  • Innovate deployment processes for improved productivity and outcomes.
  • Foster strong partnerships with stakeholders and third parties.
  • Provide guidance for software implementation aligned with deployment needs.
  • Monitor progress, address risks, and enhance customer support for successful deployment.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Demonstrated leadership in overseeing technical system and software delivery, consistently achieving project success from initiation to completion.
  • Proficient in executing customer contact strategies, with a thorough grasp of deployment tools, processes, and methodologies.
  • Extensive background in delivering outstanding customer service to clients and stakeholders.
  • Skilled in fostering collaboration among internal and external team members, leveraging external expertise and third-party specialists.
