This role serves as a technical and operational lead for PLM production support, handling high\u2011complexity incidents, driving effective resolution, and ensuring minimal to no business impact.\n\n \nIn addition to global PLM support, the role includes platform and application administration responsibilities, with ownership of region\u2011specific operational activities such as environment monitoring, user and access administration, job scheduling, data operations, and system health checks. The candidate will play a critical role in maintaining platform stability, reliability, and compliance. \nThe position also carries responsibility for data compliance, integrity, and sensitivity, ensuring adherence to regional and global data governance standards. Due to the nature of data handled and regulatory requirements, the role requires a UK citizen to ensure compliance with data security and integrity obligations.\n\n \nThe ENOVIA Lead Analyst will work closely with global IT teams, platform owners, integration teams, and business stakeholders, acting as a key point of coordination for production issues, enhancements, and operational improvements. The role demands strong technical expertise, leadership in incident management, and the ability to operate independently while maintaining clear and effective communication with stakeholders.\n\n \nKey responsibilities include: \n\u2022 Act as the expert for Global PLM (ENOVIA) production support, ensuring stable, reliable, and compliant operations across region \n\u2022 Provide expert support to users on Engineering Change Control, document control and distribution, and PLM business processes. \n\u2022 Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ENOVIA modules/centrals, including integrations with CAD and ERP systems \n\u2022 Own and manage High to Critical severity incidents, prioritizing high\u2011impact and urgent issues to ensure minimal or no business disruption \n\u2022 Perform platform and application administration activities working with Global platform team region specific platform operations including : \n\\- Server patching, upgrades, backups, and restoration for Windows and/or Linux environments \n\\- Monitoring server health, disk usage, CPU/memory utilization, and system/application logs \n\\- Managing user access, permissions, roles, and service accounts \n\u2022 Ensure system uptime, stability, and performance, meeting defined operational SLAs \n\u2022 Drive and contribute to root cause analysis (RCA) and problem management, identifying recurring issues and systemic gaps. \n\u2022 Proactively identify and implement preventive maintenance and improvement opportunities to reduce future production incident. \n\u2022 Ensure adherence to data compliance, integrity, and sensitivity requirements, especially for region\u2011specific regulatory obligations \n\u2022 Support audits, compliance reviews, and security assessments as required. \n\u2022 Build strong working relationships with business stakeholders, global teams ensuring effective communication and trust \n\u2022 Play a key role in driving ENOVIA transition and migration initiatives across region \n\n## Qualifications:\n\n\u2022 Bachelors degree in a technical discipline or B.S. Comp Sci / Mathematics / Engineering / Equivalent \n\u2022 7-10 years\u2019 experience in supporting PLM application \n \n\n\n## Skills:\n\n\u2022 Exposure atleast one industry wide used PLM application (Enovia, Windchill or Teamcenter) \n\u2022 Knowledge of Engineering processes.
