Enrolment Officer (Temporary - 8 Roles Available)

Location: Carlisle (CA1)

Salary: £13.80 (inclusive of holiday pay)

Start Date: Thursday, 14th August 2025

End Date: Friday, 29th August 2025

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm

Evening Cover: Potential requirement until 8:00pm

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a further education institution in Carlisle for several Enrolment Officers to support their student enrolment period this August. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, student-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and process enrolment data
• Support and guide students face-to-face through the enrolment process
• Confidently use IT systems and maintain detailed records
• Ensure high levels of accuracy and professionalism
• Assist in setting up and preparing the site for the enrolment period

Training Provided:

Initial training and onboarding will take place on Thursday 14th and Friday 15th August, including system walkthroughs, process shadowing, and site preparation. Attendance for both training days is essential.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in data inputting or administrative roles
• Strong communication skills and customer-facing confidence
• Excellent IT proficiency and attention to detail
• Must be available full-time from 14th August to 29th August 2025
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or dated within the last 12 months (and willing to apply for a new one if required)
• Willing to attend a 15-minute Microsoft Teams interview with the hiring manager
