Shape the Future of Enterprise Technology Across EMEA
We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Manager to lead a newly established Business Systems function supporting operations across the EMEA region.
This is a strategic leadership opportunity where you'll define the enterprise applications roadmap, drive business transformation, and lead the delivery and optimisation of critical business systems. As part of the IT Leadership Team, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the enterprise applications strategy and roadmap across EMEA
* Manage the full application lifecycle, including selection, implementation, optimisation, upgrades, and retirement
* Ensure the reliability, performance, availability, and security of business-critical systems
* Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of application specialists
* Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors
* Drive governance, compliance, and best practices across the application portfolio
* Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and support business growth through technology
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in Enterprise Applications Management or a senior IT leadership role
* Strong understanding of enterprise technologies, including ERP, PLM, BI, SaaS platforms, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Atlassian tools, and integration technologies
* Demonstrated experience leading teams and influencing stakeholders across complex matrix organisations
* Strong vendor management, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery capabilities
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
* Degree qualified in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
Desirable Experience
* Experience within manufacturing, engineering, defence, or highly regulated environments
* Exposure to secure or classified technology environments
Security Requirements
Due to the nature of the work, applicants must be UK Citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain SC Security Clearance, with the potential for higher levels of clearance.
