🔹 About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to define, design, and implement the future state architecture for our Aero Technical Publication platform. This is a unique opportunity to lead a digital transformation initiative that will modernize legacy systems into a scalable, standards-compliant ecosystem supporting aerospace documentation workflows.

As the Enterprise Architect, you will play a key role in shaping strategy, driving integration, and ensuring compliance with aerospace documentation standards. You will work closely with engineering, IT, product, and documentation teams to deliver a robust enterprise-wide architecture vision.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the future state architecture for Aero Technical Publications (Conceptual, Logical & Physical).

Develop architecture blueprints aligned with Civil & Military aerospace standards (S1000D, S2000M, ATA iSpec 2200).

Lead platform modernization, migration, and integration with engineering systems (PLM, ERP, Digital Twin).

Architect solutions for content authoring, CSDB, publishing & IETP/IETM delivery using XML/DITA and modern CMS tools.

Establish governance frameworks, metadata standards, and content lifecycle policies.

Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, aerospace regulatory, and quality standards.

Engage with senior stakeholders, present architecture vision, and mentor solution architects.

🔹 Required Skills & Experience

18–20+ years of relevant experience with technical bachelor’s or master’s degree.

Proven expertise in aerospace documentation standards: S1000D, S2000M, ATA iSpec 2200, ASD-STE100.

Strong knowledge of CMS platforms (Alfresco, Oracle CMS, Documentum, RSuite, etc.) and XML/DITA publishing.

Familiarity with authoring tools (Arbotext, Oxygen, RapidAuthor, Fonto Web) & publishing engines (XPP, Framemaker, Oxygen Publishing).

Hands-on experience with workflow management tools (BREX, Schematron, Activiti).

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and architectural leadership skills.

Global project delivery experience.

🔹 Preferred Skills

Expertise in TOGAF, ArchiMate, EA frameworks.

Cloud architecture experience (AWS, Azure, API-led integration, Microservices).

Familiarity with IETP/IETM tools (Nivomax Viewer, RWS LiveContent, CORENA IETP, Pinpoint).

Systems Architecture background.
