This permanent role with a leading UK tech training provider lets you deliver TOGAF®, ArchiMate® and wider architecture training to corporate clients. You'll also help shape new learning solutions that build real architecture capability. The role: Deliver instructor-led training in TOGAF®, ArchiMate®, Enterprise Architecture, Operating Model Design and Architecture Governance Teach virtually, with regular delivery from training centres and client sites Design and develop tailored learning programmes and new courses for corporate clients Speak to clients about their business needs and recommend the right learning solution Hit and maintain strong learner satisfaction scores and good observation outcomes, including peer observations Act as a subject matter expert, keeping up with industry trends and best practice What we're looking for: TOGAF® and/or ArchiMate® certification Hands-on enterprise architecture experience, such as operating models, target state architectures and transformation roadmaps Solid grounding across business, application, data and technology architecture Familiarity with cloud platforms and digital transformation programmes Experience training, mentoring or coaching technical content to professionals or students Confidence facilitating discussions with senior stakeholders A teaching qualification, or willingness to work towards one (desirable) What's on offer: Permanent role with a hybrid pattern: virtual delivery plus centre and client site work Home-based, with centres in Manchester, Leeds and London 27 days annual leave (4 of which cover the festive closure) plus bank holidays, with a holiday buying scheme 3 development days and 2 charity days per year Private medical insurance at corporate rates, Medicash plan, Wellhub, Employee Assistance Programme and Cycle to Work scheme Pension scheme and an early 4pm Friday finish Access to a large library of digital learning content, with support towards degree or Masters study Disability Confident employer, with a guaranteed interview for disabled applicants who meet the role criteria Apply now or get in touch with As an industry leading, nationwide Marketing, Digital, Analytics, IT and Design recruitment agency, we are continually receiving new assignments to work on, so keep a close eye on our website, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter pages for a full list of current permanent and interim opportunities as well as marketplace news and fun stuff.
