As a Sales Manager that specialises in overseeing Account Directors, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the success of our key accounts. You will lead a team of Account Directors, guiding their strategic initiatives, nurturing client partnerships, and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship for the Account Director Team.
Set clear sales objectives and performance metrics for the team.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team.

Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients at the C-Suite level within enterprise accounts.
Develop growth and strategies in key regions such as Scotland, Wales, Ireland and the London Boroughs.
Understand clients' business needs, challenges, goals, and objectives to propose tailored solutions.
Developing solutions and advising customers on vision, roadmap and the value that MHR brings to their organisation.
Act as a primary point of contact for escalated client concerns or inquiries.
Drive continuous customer satisfaction raising the CSAT/NPS score within the business, accelerating customer reference ability.
Working with customer success to drive adoption in purchased solutions.

Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
Collaborate with New Business and Marketing to ensure we have a full picture of the customer, influence (internal and external), and relevant campaigns.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Monitor sales performance metrics, including revenue, pipeline growth, and client retention.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Training and Development:
Day to day coaching to increase the Account Directors ability to network across the enterprise accounts at executive level and communicate at a business level.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the sales skills and product knowledge of the sales team.
Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help Account Directors achieve their targets and professional growth.

Technology:
Tracking forecast, pipeline build and sales process within SalesForce and Clari Software.
Presenting back to the business a robust forecast to the senior leadership team
Understanding of Public Sector frameworks, route to market and procurement processes.

Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business preferred or equivalent.
Proven experience in an ERP Account Director Role within enterprise accounts
Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience in the HR, Payroll and Finance solutions.
