Enterprise / Solution Architect – ServiceNow | Telecom | Outside IR35

Contract: 6 Months Initial
Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days per week)

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect / Solution Architect with strong ServiceNow and telecommunications experience to join a major transformation programme.

This role is ideal for a ServiceNow Architect who has delivered enterprise-scale solutions within telecom, OSS/BSS or communications environments and can translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture and solution design.
• Lead architecture across ServiceNow modules including ITOM/TSOM, TSM, CSM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, SecOps and SPM.
• Drive platform governance, standardisation and best practice.
• Design integrations, workflows, data models and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Support large-scale digital transformation and service management initiatives.

Key Requirements:
• Strong experience as an Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect or ServiceNow Architect.
• Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and multiple ServiceNow modules.
• Telecom, Telecommunications, OSS/BSS or Communications Service Provider experience.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow programmes.
• Strong integration architecture, governance and solution design experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
