Position: First-Line Supervisors of Entertainment and Recreation Workers, Except Gambling Services
Type: Independent Contractor
Compensation: $90–$130/hour
Location: US, UK, or Canada
Duration: 3–4 weeks
Commitment: 15+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Design questions related to your occupation as a First-Line Supervisor in the Arts, Entertainment, and Recreation sectors.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to ensure the relevance and quality of the content.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
• Utilize your professional experience to enhance the AI model training process.
• Ensure the accuracy and depth of AI-generated content in your domain.
• Adapt to a flexible schedule while maintaining high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 4+ years full-time work experience as a First-Line Supervisor in the Arts, Entertainment, and Recreation sectors.
• Be based in the US, UK, or Canada

Compensation & Legal

• At-will contractor to Mercor.
• Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged project hours.
• Cannot support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates
