We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Year 2 Teacher to join our friendly and supportive two-form entry primary school in Hammersmith, West London. This is a full-time, temporary position until July 2025, with the potential for a permanent role in the future. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students in Year 2.


• Ensure students are progressing in line with the national curriculum, supporting them in their learning and development.


• Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.


• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages students to thrive.


• Work collaboratively with the Year 2 team and support staff to create an enriching learning experience.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.


• Experience teaching in a primary school, particularly in Key Stage 1 (desirable).


• Strong understanding of the Year 2 curriculum and assessment requirements.


• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to teaching.


• Passion for supporting young learners to reach their full potential.
