Salary: €29,000 - €30,000 per year, plus OTE

We're seeking an ambitious and analytical Business Development Trainee to join a leading player in the maritime industry. What You'll Do (The Role):

This full-time, on-site role offers hands-on experience across critical business development functions. You'll be responsible for:

• Lead Generation: Identifying and cultivating new potential business opportunities daily.
• Market Research: Diving deep into market trends to uncover insights and inform strategy.
• Customer Service: Building and enhancing strong relationships with clients.
• Communication: Engaging effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Collaborating with various stakeholders to expand business opportunities.

Who We're Looking For (Skills & Competencies):

• Ideally you'll be degree educated
• Analytical Skills and Market Research Proficiency: You love to dig into data and find answers.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service Skills: You're a natural at connecting with people.
• Interest in Lead Generation: Eager to learn and contribute to business growth.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent Organizational and Multi-tasking Skills: You can juggle tasks effectively and stay on top of your work.
• Knowledge of the Maritime industry is a distinct advantage.
• Work Authorisation: Ireland (Required)
