Our client is growing their Nottingham team and is looking for outgoing, motivated individuals to join as Entry Level Promotional Marketing Assistant. You'll work face-to-face with customers, bringing well-known brands and campaigns to life while learning how sales and marketing work together in the real world.
No experience? No problem. Full training is provided from day one.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Talking to customers face-to-face and introducing them to products, services, and campaigns
* Building rapport and understanding what each customer needs
* Delivering clear, confident sales presentations
* Guiding customers through the sign-up process
* Working towards personal and team targets
* Learning how campaigns are planned and delivered
* Taking part in regular coaching and development sessions

PAY & PROGRESSION
