Key Responsibilities:

* Joining our 12-week Clear Academy training programme

* Learning the fundamentals of recruitment from experienced consultants and our L&D team

* Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and internal databases

* Building and managing your own candidate network

* Working with clients and candidates across global markets

* Creating job adverts and marketing your roles across multiple platforms

* Developing your commercial and sales skills

* Specialising within a niche vertical across our Data Centre and Energy markets

* Working towards becoming a successful 360 Recruitment Consultant
