Headhunting - Sourcing candidates for client's roles
Writing adverts - Using a number of tools to attract suitable candidates
Leading first stage interviews with candidates - Guiding them through the process
Providing feedback - Creating a seamless experience both candidates and clients
Stakeholder management - Maintaining strong communication and building strong relationships
Business Development - Cold calling prospective clients
