Salary: £26,000 + Uncapped Commission | Industry-Leading Training | Clear Progression to Director
Hours: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm, with early finish on Fridays!)
Location: Bristol City Centre

The role you will play:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will become a specialist recruiter within your market, responsible for building relationships with both clients and candidates in and around Germany.

You will:

Source and interview high-quality candidates across Europe
Utilise your language skills to build relationships with clients and win new business
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
Negotiate offers and close deals
Become an expert within your specialist market

Fluent in German
