Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential candidates using a range of sourcing strategies

• Build and manage relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs

• Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing through to placement

• Collaborate with your team while taking ownership of your own client and candidate pipelines
