Looking to start a career within a fast-paced Sales environment? We're recruiting for a key member of our Sales Support team, where you'll play an essential role in processing customer orders, managing stock and pricing queries, and providing excellent support to both internal teams and clients. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop core commercial and administrative skills within a collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders accurately through internal systems, ensuring service standards are met and escalating issues where necessary.
• Handle customer queries by phone and email, including pricing, quotations, and custom requests.
• Liaise with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and manage bid-related documentation.
• Work closely with procurement teams to monitor stock levels and ensure availability for key customers.
