Entry-level Brand Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-level Brand Associate to support the delivery of brand and marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career who is passionate about branding, marketing, and customer engagement, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative marketing environment. You will work closely with the brand, marketing, and sales teams to help ensure consistent, engaging brand experiences for clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of brand campaigns and promotional activities
• Support the creation and coordination of branded content for digital, social, and in-person marketing
• Work alongside sales and customer-facing teams to represent and communicate brand messaging
• Conduct market and competitor research to support brand strategy
• Help track campaign performance and prepare basic reports and insights
• Maintain brand assets, content libraries, and marketing documentation
• Support events, activations, and field marketing initiatives as required
• Provide general administrative and team support

Skills & Requirements

• Strong interest in branding, marketing, and communications
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Basic understanding of social media or marketing tools is a plus, but not essential
• No previous experience required, full training provided
