The Role:

As an Entry-Level Business Development Associate, you'll work closely with the director to bring in new business. You'll receive direct training and experience from the director himself. Starting with a warm desk of previous clients, you'll eventually be responsible for generating new business.

Responsibilities:

Assist in negotiating terms of business and contracts for successful clients. .
Participate in regular phone or video calls with senior executives to build strong client relationships.
Learn to craft and present tailored recruitment solutions to address clients' unique needs effectively.
