Middlesbrough

£30,000 - £35,000 + Bonus Scheme + Company Pension + On-Site Parking + Career Progression + Training

Are you a Sales Executive looking to grow your career with a cutting-edge, inclusive luxury design brand working in a close-knit team on track to scale from £10 million to £30 million, with full training and a clear path to becoming a Business Development Manager handling your own desk?

In the role you will manage and develop a portfolio of trade accounts by phone, building lasting relationships and driving sales growth through regular contact. You'll handle new account onboarding, prepare quotes and proposals, and work closely with the National Trade Manager and marketing team to generate leads and maximise opportunities. You will be the first point of contact for a wide customer base and play a vital role in maintaining service standards and ensuring satisfaction.

The Role

  • Manage trade accounts via phone and CRM
  • Create and follow up on proposals and quotes
  • Support the Trade Manager and marketing team with lead generation leads

  • Experience in Sales
  • Confident in a fast-paced, phone-based role
  • Based Middlesbrough, happy working fully onsite
