We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Trainer to support staff development across a values-driven organisation.

What you’ll do:
Deliver engaging, bite-sized training sessions — both face-to-face and online
Support new starters with onboarding and induction activities
Assist in the creation of learning materials and interactive content
Collaborate with different departments to identify and address training needs
Monitor and track learning outcomes to support continuous improvement
What we’re looking for:
Strong communication and presentation skills
An interest in learning techniques and staff development
Confidence using digital tools such as PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, etc.
A positive, solution-focused attitude
A minimum of a Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) or equivalent
