Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 DOE (£769 - £962 per week)
Location: Somerset (commutable from Bristol and surrounding areas)

Key Responsibilities

* Support the implementation of Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.

* Conduct site inspections, audits, and workplace observations.

* Assist with risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective action tracking.

* Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings.

* Promote a positive safety culture across project teams and subcontractors.

Essential Requirements

* Relevant Health & Safety or Environmental qualification.

* Previous experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing, or logistics.

* Good understanding of Health & Safety legislation and best practice.

* Strong communication and organisational skills.
