Your new role
As Environmental Manager, you will play a central role in driving environmental performance across the UK division. Working closely with senior environmental leads and operational teams, you will support the development, coordination, and continual improvement of environmental systems, reporting, and targets. You will take ownership of environmental data and management systems, ensuring consistency, transparency, and compliance, while helping to embed best practice across the organisation. This is a collaborative role where you will engage stakeholders at multiple levels and champion practical, positive environmental change.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience managing environmental programmes or systems Strong understanding of environmental reporting and disclosure frameworks Experience working with carbon data, including Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions Practical knowledge of ISO 14001 and environmental management systems Ability to analyse and communicate environmental data clearly to a range of audiences Experience supporting environmental incident investigations and improvements A relevant environmental qualification A collaborative approach and confidence working across multidisciplinary teams Awareness of emerging environmental issues and a proactive mindset Ideally, experience in a similar role in the construction, facilities or infrastructure sector What you'll get in return
