Job Description - Environmental Technician - Wet Chemistry/BOD

The Role
Are you passionate about science and keen to start a career in a dynamic, environmentally focused life sciences company? We have an exciting opportunity for Entry-Level Technician in our laboratory.

This is your chance to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and inclusive environment, where you'll work alongside experienced professionals who are eager to help you grow. Join our Wet Chemistry / BOD Laboratory team, where you'll be involved in classical chemical analysis.

About the Position
Shift: Monday to Friday – 08:30 – 16:30           
Salary: £24, 242
Location: Hawarden
Contract: Permanent

The day to day

  • Preparing and analysing environmental samples

  • Using advanced laboratory techniques - we’ll provide training

  • Collecting, processing, and interpreting data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with quality standards

  • Supporting the maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments and troubleshooting any technical issues

  • Documenting results, assisting in report preparation, and ensuring strict adherence to environmental safety regulations
