We're recruiting for an experienced Equine Yard Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of a busy Equine Centre at one of the UK's leading specialist education providers.

You'll manage the yard team, oversee student yard duties, coordinate the student livery yard, ensure the highest standards of horse welfare, and maintain compliance with BHS and industry regulations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong equine management experience looking to progress into a leadership role within a prestigious educational environment.

* Proven experience managing an equine yard

* Strong leadership and people management skills

* Excellent knowledge of equine welfare, health & safety and industry standards

* Organised, proactive and confident managing a busy operation

* Relevant equine qualifications
