Equity Accountancy Practice Partner

Equity Partner opportunity for an ACCA/ACA qualified accountant with extensive accountancy experience gained within public practice.

Are you a Senior Manager or Partner looking for an equity opportunity within a truly independent firm of accountants. This could be an ideal next step as you take on an existing portfolio of clients from a retiring Partner.

This is a varied and versatile accountancy role that incorporates strategic, technical and managerial duties. As the successful candidate you will be overseeing and leading the full provision of the firm’s services and will become a true business advisor to a range of clients.

If you are a Senior Manager or Partner with strong business acumen, communication and management skills together with a broad technical background then this role would be an ideal challenge.

The successful accountant will have qualified within a public practice environment working with a varied portfolio of SME’s and High Net Worth Individuals. You will be capable of training and motivating staff to exceed client service expectations, as well as ensuring the profitability of the firm.

The main responsibilities for this Equity Partner role includes:

• Reviewing work in progress, monitoring deadlines and budgets.
• Maintaining and developing client relationships.
• Providing accountancy and tax advice to a range of clients.
• Undertaking special advisory projects.
