Equity Partner Designate

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a qualified accountant to join a well-established independent firm of accountants in the Bradford area as an Equity Partner Designate.

This is a general practice role with a strong focus on accounts preparation, tax, and business advisory services. While audit experience would be advantageous, it is not essential.

We are looking for a commercially minded and ambitious individual who is ready to play a key role in the future of the firm. You will work closely with the existing partners and be instrumental in client management, team leadership, and practice development.

The Ideal Candidate:

• ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• Solid experience in practice, especially accounts and business advisory
• Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for long-term ownership
• Able to lead and develop a team
