Equity Release Advisor
£30 - £35K basic + uncapped commission | OTE £70K+ | Hybrid working
Employed | Full-time

Sick of cold leads, compliance headaches, and doing 3 jobs in one?
This is a chance to focus purely on advice, with all leads provided, strong support behind you, and a proper base to work from.
We’re supporting a respected financial services firm with a growing Equity Release division. They’re expanding their hybrid team and looking for qualified, confident advisers who care about doing the job right.

What’s on offer:
  • Warm, pre-qualified leads – every day
  • £30 - 35K salary + uncapped commission (realistic £70K+ OTE)
  • Structured induction, CPD, and compliance support
  • Hybrid working – part office, part home
  • Progression routes into coaching, leadership or specialist advice
What you’ll need:
  • CeMAP + ER1 (or equivalent)
  • Experience advising on equity release or later-life lending
  • A customer-first approach and a good grasp of compliance
  • Comfortable in a hybrid setup with regular office time
