Equity Release Fee Earner - Hone Your Equity Release Skills!

Are you eager to hone your skills in Equity Release and Separate Representation and work on a more specialised caseload? If so, a leading conveyancing firm in Leeds are looking for TWO Lender Only Conveyancers to join their team in Leeds.

What will you be doing?
- Title checking in line with client lender's requirements, raising enquiries and identifying any issues to report to lender clients
- Checking mortgage offers and issuing the necessary mortgage documentation to the borrowers' solicitors
- Ensure that client lenders' specific requirements and special conditions are satisfied
- Liaising with Technical Advisors on complex matters and ensuring relevant guidance and instructions are followed
- Liaise with borrowers' solicitors to resolve any enquiries and bring the transaction the quickest possible conclusion
- Check pre-completion searches and ensure that pre-completion requirements are satisfied
- Handle drawdown and release of funds

So, who are you?
- You have previous experience in dealing with Equity Release
- You're very responsive to client requests and instructions from the Team Manager
- You can meet tight deadlines and can work well under pressure
- You have a good grasp of working within a regulatory environment
- You can work under your own initiative
