We are looking for an experienced ER advisor, to play a key role managing and supporting with Uk multinational company based in the West Midlands.

Experienced in volume HR case management covering areas such disciplinary issues, grievances, investigations, appeals attendance and appeals.

Strong experience in Policy Advice. Advising managers on HR internal policies and employment law to ensure legal and ethical standards are met.

Ideally you will be experienced in large national or multinational company and able to handle a large volume of cases ranging from HR fairly straight forward HR queries through to more complex and legacy.

In this exiting role you will work with a team of ER advisers and therefore have a great team to communicate with and soundboard advice.
