This ER Advisor position offers an exciting opportunity to provide expert advice and support on employee relations matters within the transport and distribution industry. Based in Nuneaton, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring best practices are maintained across the Human Resources department.

This role can offer hybrid working of 3 days office and 2 home per week. You will mostly be based from Chester but with occasional travel to Birmingham.

Description

The role of Employee Relations Advisor will report to an ER Manager and work as part of a busy ER team. You will take responsibility for high volume employee relation casework ranging from low level to more complex cases.This will include: Providing expert advice on employee relations matters; Supporting managers in handling performance and disciplinary issues; Support in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures; Support to up skill managers to deal with people matters; Managing low-level to complex employee relations casework

Profile

A successful ER Advisor should have:

• Proven experience in employee relations within a professional environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships.
• The ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively.
• A CIPD qualification or relevant HR certification (desirable).
• A proactive and solution-focused approach to employee relations challenges.

Job Offer

Ideal applicants for this role will have a proven Employee Relations Advisory background and comfortable dealing with a wide range of employee relations casework from low-level to complex.

Up yo £40,000 plus excellent benefits.

The role will mostly be based from Chester but you will be required to travel to Birmingham as and when needed
