Are you an experienced ER/HR Advisor looking for your next challenge?

As ER Advisor you will enjoy managing a high volume of employee relations cases - including safeguarding - while supporting leaders, shaping policy, and ensuring compliance in a highly regulated sector.

What you'll do:

• Manage complex ER cases end-to-end - disciplinary, grievance, safeguarding, and more
• Coach and guide managers through challenging people issues
• Keep HR policies sharp, compliant, and up to date

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience managing high-volume ER caseloads in a fast-moving setting
• Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and safeguarding standards
• A confident, solutions-focused approach with excellent judgement
• Strong stakeholder management - credible, calm, and collaborative
