? Supporting and coaching line managers to handle ER matters confidently.
? Keeping up to date with employment law changes and best practices.
? Assisting with HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
? Ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting on ER cases.

?? Proven experience in an ER-focused role.
?? Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
?? Confident in handling high-volume and complex ER cases.
?? Excellent communication and coaching skills.
?? Ability to build strong relationships across the business.

Job Offer

? Competitive salary (£30,000 - £32,000).
? Full-time onsite role, Monday - Friday. Based in Leeds on the outskirts of the city centre.
