ERP & IT Systems Support Engineer
Location: Northampton
Hours: Hybrid (1-3 days on-site / remainder WFH)
Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 plus private HC
Type: Full-time, Permanent

Join a leading multi-site FMCG business where tech and operations work hand in hand.

We're looking for an ERP & IT Systems Support Analyst to keep our systems running smoothly and support users across the business. You'll be the go-to for ERP and IT support queries, playing a key role in day-to-day operations and supporting wider improvement projects.

Roughly 70% ERP / 30% IT, this is a hands-on role for someone with solid systems knowledge and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

What You'll Be Doing:

• 1st and 2nd line support for our QAD ERP system and EDI integrations
• Troubleshooting issues and working with external providers to resolve them
• User onboarding, desktop setups, and hardware maintenance
• Supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic Azure admin tasks
• Assisting with IT and ERP projects - testing, rollout, and documentation
• Creating and maintaining user-friendly technical guides

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in ERP or IT systems support (QAD experience a plus)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and user support
• Familiarity with Active Directory and basic networking principles
• Great communication and problem-solving skills
• Adaptable, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Full UK driving licence (for occasional site travel)
