Role: ERP Business Analyst

Location: London, United Kingdom

About the role: 

As ERP Business Analyst, you'll work at the centre of a complex, fast-moving transformation programme. This is an independent delivery role: you'll manage your own workload across multiple workstreams, translating business requirements into clear, actionable outputs and keeping pace with a demanding project schedule.

You'll collaborate closely with technical leads, project managers, and stakeholders across the business — bridging finance knowledge and analytical rigour to support decisions at every stage of the programme lifecycle.

What you will be doing: 

• Partner with the PMO and business units to conduct gap analysis between as-is and to-be processes, producing process maps and identifying change management needs


• Facilitate project workshops, ensuring clear outcomes and agreed next steps


• Contribute to and maintain the change and communication plan documentation throughout the project lifecycle


• Provide data migration support to the technical lead, ensuring accuracy and completeness


• Support business readiness activities in preparation for go-live, including cutover planning and hypercare delivery


• Lead the development of training materials and e-learning content for end users


• Create Global Process Design Documents and associated Risks and Controls Matrices


• Produce ad-hoc reports, meeting packs, and presentation decks for the Management Team as required


• Identify and implement project improvements as opportunities arise


• Build effective working relationships across the Programme Team and with stakeholders at all levels

What you need to be great in this role: 

• Solid experience as a Business Analyst, with a track record of contributing to ERP transformation programmes


• Hands-on NetSuite experience — this is essential


• Strong understanding of finance processes and accounting principles, with the ability to identify and apply best practice


• Experience in process mapping, gap analysis, and process improvement work


• Familiarity with a range of business analysis methodologies and techniques


• Confident facilitator, able to lead workshops and manage stakeholder engagement at all levels


• Clear, structured written and verbal communication skills


• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word


• Experience producing process maps, data analysis outputs, and project documentation to a high standard


• Proficiency with Gen AI tools — such as AI-assisted document drafting, data summarisation, or presentation tools — to improve output quality and efficiency


• Experience building personal workflows that increase speed and accuracy of delivery


• Agentic approach to problem-solving: able to break down complex, multi-step challenges and identify a clear path forward


• Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply sound judgement before use
