ERP Business Systems Analyst / End User / New Jersey / Up to 130,000

A fast-growing organisation is looking for a Business Systems Analyst with strong ERP experience and a background in data, reporting, and business systems. This is a great opportunity to cross-train into SAP Business One (SAP B1) - prior SAP B1 experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn SAP B1 and Boyum Usability Package through hands-on training
• Develop reports using SQL, Power BI, and other tools
• Work with finance, operations, and IT to improve systems and reporting
• Support integrations with WMS, e-commerce, and financial tools
• Analyse data, ensure accuracy, and support decision-making

Requirements:

• 5+ years in data or ERP-related roles (SAP B1 preferred)
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and reporting tools (Power BI, Crystal Reports)
• Strong understanding of AR/AP and warehouse or inventory systems
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• ERP experience is essential (e.g. Sage, JD Edwards, NetSuite); cross-training to SAP B1 will be provided

Location
Office-based, 5 days a week, in New Jersey. A reasonable commute is required; driving is preferred.
