ERP Operator- Nightshift

We are currently seeking an experienced ERP Operator for our nightshift team. This role is critical in managing our enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to optimize production efficiency and accuracy. You will be responsible for monitoring various processes, ensuring data integrity, and facilitating communication between different departments during the night operations. Hours of work: Nightshift from 23:00 to 07:00, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate the ERP system to ensure accurate data flow between departments.
• Input and update production data in real-time to maintain accurate records and optimize process efficiency.
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow during night operations.
• Identify and troubleshoot any discrepancies in the ERP system, escalating issues as necessary to management.
• Generate and analyse reports to support operational decision-making and efficiency improvements.
• Train new team members on ERP system usage and best practices for data entry and management.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations while working in the production environment.

• Previous experience working with ERP systems in a manufacturing or production environment is essential.
• Strong computer skills, especially in data entry and report generation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to address weekday complexities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
• Effective communication skills to facilitate collaboration among team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
