Project Manager - ERP / MDM

3-Month Contract | £650 per day | Outside IR35 | Potential to Extend

We are working exclusively and confidentially with a global, PE-backed food manufacturing business that is currently delivering a major ERP transformation programme.

They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join on an initial 3-month contract, with a strong possibility of extending into the wider programme for the right individual.

The Role

You will take ownership of a key workstream within the ERP programme, with a particular focus on Master Data Management (MDM). You will be responsible for driving delivery, coordinating internal SMEs and managing the SI to ensure key milestones are achieved.

This is a hands-on delivery role requiring someone who is comfortable operating in a complex, fast-paced transformation environment and holding senior stakeholders and SMEs accountable.

Key Requirements

Proven Project Management experience within a major ERP transformation programme.
Food manufacturing experience is essential.
Experience implementing MDM as part of an ERP programme, or strong practical knowledge of MDM processes and the ability to demonstrate successful delivery through internal SMEs.
Strong Systems Integrator (SI) management experience, including holding vendors accountable for delivery.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
Strong governance, planning, RAID management and delivery discipline.
Comfortable working in a PE-backed, international and highly transformational environment.
Able to operate with a high degree of autonomy and drive delivery in a challenging environment.Contract
