On offer is the opportunity to take on a strategic role with Ireland's leading provider of turn-key fit-out solutions for the retail and commercial sector. This role is focused on ERP solution design, business process optimisation, and digital transformation - not day-to-day IT support, which is handled externally.

You will lead the architecture, selection, and delivery of a new ERP system across the organisation, ensuring scalability, integration, and adoption to support future growth. Alongside ERP ownership, you will contribute to IT strategy, system reliability, cybersecurity, and vendor management across a growing multi-site business.

This role would suit an experienced ERP Architect, ERP Project Manager, or IT Manager with strong ERP leadership experience, who is seeking a position with autonomy, influence, and career development.

• Lead end-to-end ERP architecture and implementation across the business

• Define ERP solution design, integrations, and scalability for future business growth

• Align ERP and IT strategy with organisational objectives

• Manage and collaborate with external IT providers and ERP vendors

• Drive business process improvement, user adoption, and change management

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline

• Demonstrable experience leading full-cycle ERP implementations (vendor selection to go-live)

• Strong knowledge of ERP system design, integration, and optimisation

• Experience managing outsourced IT services and vendor relationships

• Excellent stakeholder engagement, project delivery, and decision-making skills
