Job Description

Elite Talent Resourcing have been engaged by a leading provider in the Plumbing industry to source an ERP Specialist for their office based in Northampton on a permanent basis.

As an ERP Specialist you will be accountable for the development, maintenance and execution of the ERP system in support of the business objectives.

Main duties and responsibilities of the ERP Specialist:

Identify risks, assumptions, constraints and dependencies within the ERP system and propose appropriate options
Provide technical 3rd line support for the ERP application
Actively participating in all support and service related activities including development and testing
Propose improvements of the system including design, process, interfaces and architecture
Contribute to the evolution of the ERP system

The ideal candidate for the ERP Specialist role:

Knowledge and experience of solution delivery in a complex environment
Experience of providing support for large enterprise-wide systems
Innovative thinker with a passion for problem solving
Clear and succinct communicator
Knowledge of software methodologies
Full systems development life cycle from requirement gathering to testing and deployment
Excellent knowledge of enterprise application framework
Good understanding of Project management principles
