An ERP Support Manager (ERP, Application Support, CRM, Stock Management) is required by a well-established, profitable software company based in Hemel Hempstead with nearly 30 years' experience delivering cutting-edge ERP solutions to the wholesale, distribution, and retail sectors. This team support the flagship ERP product, which is a fully configurable ERP platform used by businesses ranging from food distributors, wholesalers, builders merchants and manufacturing companies

To be successful you'll need:

• Experience managing ERP support teams (5-8 people), ideally across 1st to 3rd line support.
• Hands-on ERP application support experience (not just people management).
• Background supporting configurable ERP platforms.
• Understanding of ERP, order processing, invoicing, stock, and trade counter modules.
• Proven ability managing support escalation processes and issues.
• Exposure to AI in support environments is a strong plus.

Day to day, you'll lead and manage a support function of up to 8, including 3 team leads across all support tiers. You'll handle escalations directly, mentor the team, and drive SLA adherence. As a hands-on manager, you'll also work closely with development, project delivery, and implementation teams to align customer service with business needs.
