-Day rate in the region of £550-£650 outside IR35
-A genuine end-to-end programme, from current-state assessment through to selection, implementation and adoption
-Real ownership as the client-side lead, with consultants and vendors reporting into you
What will you be doing?
-Leading the transformation programme to replace the business's core management systems, from current-state assessment and requirements definition through to ERP selection, implementation and adoption
-Acting as client-side lead, managing consultants and vendors throughout
-Overseeing integration of finance, procurement, project controls, timesheets/resource management and reporting into the new system
-Running requirements gathering and vendor selection
-Managing senior stakeholders and leading change across the business as it adopts new ways of working
Where you'll be doing it:
This is a well-established engineering organisation of around 600 people, based in Chorley, currently replacing its core business management systems as part of a wider transformation programme.
What you'll need:
-Proven experience delivering an ERP or business management system transformation end-to-end
-Experience integrating finance, procurement, project controls, timesheets/resource management and reporting
-Strong requirements definition, vendor selection and implementation experience
-Excellent senior stakeholder and change management skills
-Background in engineering, professional services, nuclear or another regulated/project-based environment is strongly preferred
-A genuine business transformation mindset - this is not simply an IT project management role
