ESG & Sustainability Manager responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing sustainability reporting projects
• Advising clients on sustainability reporting standards and frameworks, such as ISSB, GRI, CSRD
• Developing and implementing sustainability reporting strategies tailored to client needs
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability reporting into broader corporate reporting
• Conducting detailed reviews of sustainability reports to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Training and mentoring junior team members on sustainability reporting practices
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering exceptional client service
• Identifying opportunities for business development and contributing to proposals and pitches

As an ESG & Sustainability Manager, you will have:

• A professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent
• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate reporting, with a strong focus on sustainability reporting, as well as previous practice experience
• A proven track record of advising clients on sustainability reporting standards and frameworks
• Experience in preparing and reviewing sustainability reports
• A strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in sustainability reporting
• The ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional client service
