E-shop Fulfilment Assistant (6 month initial contract)

The E-Shop Fulfilment Assistant will provide support to the E-shop team from within our store to ensure efficient and accurate online order fulfilment and packing.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Fulfilling online orders (pick and pack)


• Working effectively with the Stock Control team to update stock records and ensure stock integrity


• Neatly packaging all customer orders in line with DSM guidelines


• Ensuring all paperwork is up to date and accurate


• Working within a team to ensure timely dispatch


• Completing any relevant compliance checks

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in a similar role managing online orders


• Excellent communication skills


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Understanding of order lifecycle


• Attention to detail
