ESL teacher

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated ESL Teachers for reputable schools across South Korea starting in March 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for educators who are passionate about teaching young learners and wish to experience Korean culture while working in a structured and supportive school environment.

Successful candidates will provide dynamic English instruction to Kindergarten, Elementary, and Middle School students, adhering to a well-defined curriculum and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Teach English to Kindergarten, Elementary, and/or Middle School students

Prepare and deliver interactive lessons aligned with school curriculum

Manage classroom activities and support student learning progress

Participate in basic academic planning and student evaluations

Maintain a positive and professional learning environment

Collaborate with school staff and academic coordinators
Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• School hours:
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or
• 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  (Schedule depends on school placement)

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
• Native or near-native English proficiency
• Teaching experience preferred (not mandatory for all positions)
• Ability to work with children and adolescents
• Professional attitude and cultural adaptability
• Eligible for Korean teaching visa sponsorship

Monthly Salary: 2.7 – 3.25 million KRW (based on position & experience)

Housing: Fully furnished single housing or housing allowance

Vacation:

• 1 week Summer vacation
• 1 week Winter vacation
• Additional paid leave day

Airfare: Provided

Severance Pay: Upon contract completion

Health Insurance: National Health Insurance

National Pension: Covered according to Korean law
