Salary: £29,000 per year

On-Target Earnings: £55,000 - £60,000 (uncapped commission)

About the Role:
As Branch Manager, you’ll run your branch like it’s your own business. You’ll be responsible for driving growth, managing profitability, and ensuring exceptional service for every client. It’s a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on performance and customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations and overall performance of your branch
• Lead, coach, and develop your team to meet sales and service targets
• Drive listings and secure new business opportunities
• Build strong relationships with vendors and buyers
• Deliver expert advice and exceptional service throughout the sales process
• Stay up to date with market trends and maintain a strong local presence

• Proven experience in residential estate agency
• Strong background in valuations, listing properties, and converting sales
• Motivated leader who thrives on targets and team success
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A proactive, ambitious mindset with a desire to grow the business
• Full UK driving licence required
